Alex loves…everything real estate!  While completing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Calgary she began her career working in commercial real estate doing leasing and documentation.  After graduation she began full time work in commercial property management and has experience in office and retail management.  After almost 7 years in commercial real estate, Alex changed directions to residential property management and has been working in residential real estate for the past 6 years.  She is licensed in Alberta in Residential Real Estate and Property Management.  She gets great satisfaction from helping people find a place to call home and loves seeing how real estate can help people achieve their goals.

Greg lives …everything real estates. Greg grew up working in the family property management and real estate company in Edmonton and expanded the business to Calgary in 1999. In 2005 Greg and his wife Sue took over the Calgary operations of what is now Bricks & Mortar…everything real estate. Greg has been involved in every aspect of residential real estate from managing rental properties and condominium corporations to helping clients buy and sell houses and condominiums. Greg has also been an active investor in the real estate market and has worked hands on with a number of renovations and restorations of properties. Greg started out with his real estate license when he was 18 and later obtained his brokerage license. During this time he has also earned the designations of Certified Property Manager and Reserve Fund Planner from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
